• Balancers (Constant pull reels)
• May be adjusted to suspend through 15.2 cm – 45.7 cm range.
• Cable: 3.0 mm
• Net Weight: 2.7 kg
• Capacity Load Min-Max: 1.4 – 3.1 kg
• Cable Length: 2,4 m
Material(s):
• Housing: Rugged steel with baked polyester finish
• Cable: Galvanized steel nylon coated
• Designed for long lifespan and trouble-free service
• Reinforced hanging bracket with forged clevis for ceiling mounting and extra holes for safety chain attachment
• Spring is permanently lubricated and provides constant tension, adjustable for suspending tool in normal working zone (15.2 cm – 45.7 cm)
• Galvanized steel with nylon coating cable (414 kg test)
• Include safety tool clip and adjustable cable stop
• locking models (or retractors) include a positive ratchet-lock mechanism to allow locking of the cable at a specific height
• A slight pull on the cable releases the lock
• The lock feature may be disengaged externally when constant tension is required
TECH TIP: SELECTING A TOOL BALANCER
First consideration should be given to the weight of the total load to be suspended (tool plus hose plus other attachments)
If the total weight is in between the maximum capacity of one model and the minimum capacity of another, it is better to select the largest capacity model
In order to suspend a tool further from the tool balancer than the cable length allows, simply use an extra length of cable between the tool balancer and the tool
