• Maximum inlet pressure: 120 PSI
• Working Temperature Range: -40 to 150 °F (-40 to 65 °C)
• Connection: 3/8 (F) NPT
• Noise Level: 104 dB
• Static Output Pressure at 100 PSI (when nozzle tip is blocked): 18.4
• Venturi tip increases thrust by up to 100 %
• Up to 2.8 lbs of thrust at 100 PSI
• Static pressure limited to less than 30 PSI when tip is blocked
• Maximum air consumption: 48.7 SCFM
• 3/8 (F) NPT inlet
• Wide trigger for smoother actuation and comfort grip
HOW IT WORKS: VENTURI NOZZLE
Airflow speeds up as it passes through the nozzle, drawing in ambient air through two side ports. The increased velocity and increased volume of air exiting the nozzle amplify thrust
Should the tip of the nozzle be blocked, the entire airflow will be diverted through the side openings so the static pressure remains under 30 PSI (meeting OSHA standards)
• Users should never use blow guns to clean themselves
• A vacuum or a safety cleaning unit should be used instead
• Cleaning equipment in paper and textile
mills, metal cutting and wood-working
equipment
• Blowing floor debris into piles
• Cleaning masonry forms, tanks, ovens, large moulds
• Cleaning machinery
• Cleaning storage areas
• All applications where additional blow gun thrust is required
