• Pipe Size: 28 mm
• Pipe Size: 22 mm
Material(s):
• Body: Black Acetal Copolymer
• Ideal for tapping air off a main line without allowing water to get into the drop
INSTALLATION TIP
It is important to install the main air line with a slight slope of about 25 to 30 mm every 30 meters
These slopes should lead to drainage points at different locations (manual or automatic drains installed as low as possible)
THREE EASY STEPS TO MAKE A CONNECTION
Fittings and pipes should be kept clean and undamaged before use
Cut the pipe square
The use of a pipe cutter is recommended (See Series 36)
To avoid damage to the o-ring remove burrs and sharp edges
STEP 1
Push in to pipe stop
STEP 2
After inserting the pipe, turn screw cap approx 1/4 turn
This locks the collet in place and reduces lateral and sideways movement of the pipe
STEP 3
To disconnect, turn the screw cap 1/4 turn, push in the collet and remove the pipe
The fitting and pipe can be reused
HOW IT WORKS
Condensates remain in the main line
Only compressed air can go into the drop
• Workshops
• Garages
• Manufacturing plants
• Vacuum applications
